The values that guide Ceramiche Refin, an Italian company founded in 1962, are commitment to technological innovation and aesthetic research, combined with an eco-friendly philosophy and 100% made in Italy production. The company produces more than 8 million m² of high quality Italian tiles, supported by avant-garde machinery for the creation of surface graphics and post-manufacturing processes.

Porcelain stoneware by Ceramiche Refin takes inspiration from various natural materials, such as terracotta, wood, and marble. Feel, for example, is a collection that conveys a new perception of the material, when touched. In fact, the company has gone beyond the traditional concept of concrete, proposing an original and unique interpretation. The collection is strongly contemporary, thanks to the research and development path applied to the surface. It is available in three finishes: Natural, Strong, and Shiny.

Instead, Orobica interprets the renowned stone quarried in the Grè locality on the slopes of Monte Clemo, on the north-western shore of Lake Iseo. The material is characterized by the presence of irregularly distributed stones of different sizes. The peculiar wavy effect is emphasized through a decisive alternation of elements. Pebbles of warmer shades contribute to an even more varied and dynamic surface.

Canal Grande is inspired by the most glamorous soul of Venice and the famous city’s nautical culture. It is a tribute to the atmosphere of the lagoon with a clear prominence of mahogany, the material traditionally used to build the local boats, luxury motorboats and the famous Venetian taxis. The collection is the result of wide-ranging research exploring the excellence of craftsmanship in the nautical sector by Refin’s Tile Designer.

Sublime is another interesting option. It is a tribute to Burgundy, one of the most fascinating areas of southern France. The collection recalls a very rare type of local stone of limestone origin that cannot be found today. An attempt to recreate the aesthetics of those places where life is slower and an intimate relationship with a lush nature persists. The result is a surface characterized by haloes and small details, while the background is furrowed by delicately contrasting veins.

The catalogue of Ceramiche Refin also includes kitchen and bathroom tiles, available in a wide selection of stone, wood, metal, and other looks. But one of the company’s latest innovations is its Large Format Porcelain Tiles. Each slab is the result of a perfect combination of aesthetic research, technique, and technological avant-garde. The new 120×278 size represents the ideal product for use on walls in both private and public projects.
