To be a student of the Architecture career from a reputed institution like Architecture Master in Collective Housing, it is desirable that they possess a talent for the elaboration of manual works, taste for the realization of processes and industrial activity, analytical aptitude, creativity, and inventiveness, interest in observation and inquiry, among others.

However, there are other considerations that applicants will need to take into account to cope with the tough and demanding academic life of an architecture student.

Therefore, here we will share some of the best advice that to prevent any student or future student of architecture:

1. There is no single architect profile, but many. Therefore, consider specializing and expanding your possibilities in the job market.

2. Dare to present your proposals at the university, as it is the best time to fully exploit creativity.

3. Complement the knowledge you acquire at the university with free online courses of your interest.

4. Go outside and draw. You will see details that the naked eye would omit. It is ideal for sharpening the architectural eye.

5. Consider group work, as it will be difficult for you to work alone once you have graduated.

6. Be interested in the materials: although they are not very present during the university, you will have to know and handle them to integrate them into your work in work life.

7. Recycle. Architecture is a very expensive career and a lot of paper and cardboard are used in the making of models.

8. Exercise your ability to debate. Practice with your colleagues and friends. Well, when defending or selling ideas and projects, you must convince many, not just architects.

9. When traveling, avoid official tours, travel the cities well informed. Explore non-touristy neighborhoods and when something seems strange to you, ask yourself why it happens. And talk to those who live or work there.

10. Architecture is an exciting career, since not only your ideas and knowledge are mixed, but also your emotions. Learn how to translate them into your projects.
